Trainees in higher education are at increased risk of developing mental illness. Advocates for Mental Health (AMH) is a trainee-led group at CU Anschutz. Our mission is to create a community where we can talk openly about mental health problems- without any stigma. AMH aims to connect trainees to the mental health support and resources they need. We strive to be an intersectional mental health organization. We are committed to the inclusivity of all groups and members of our community. Individuals of all races, religions, body types, ethnicities, sexual orientations and gender identities are welcome.
